Rescue Hose & Ladder Company
The Rescue Hose and Ladder Company cordially invites you or your organization to participate in the 2024 Curwensville Days Firemen’s Parade on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024 starting at 5:00 PM. (Make sure to note the date and time change this year)!
Lineup will begin at 3:00 PM in the area of State St and Walnut St. Fire units will be lined up on a first come, first served basis. Bands will be lined up on Walnut St. Fire units will be lined up on State St. and Walnut St. (as needed). Twirling groups and other units will be lined up in the United Methodist Church and Mid Penn Bank Parking lots.
Judging for fire units will be completed during the parade line up. Judging for all other units, bands, and twirling units will be done in the judging area during the parade on Susquehanna Ave. in the area of the Curwensville Alliance Church.
All awards will be presented after the parade concludes at the stage in Irvin Park.
Marching Bands will be paid a travel expense of $500 at the beginning of the parade and will also be eligible for trophies based on judging results.
