Medical Transportation (excluding 911 dispatches):
- To schedule a non-emergency transport, please call the following number: 814-603-1410. This line is monitored 24/7/365. You will speak with a station supervisor.
- If a hospital is setting up your transfer, you can request our ambulance service be your transportation. Tell the nursing staff you are requesting Curwensville Rescue Hose and Ladder for your inter-facility transportation.
- All ambulance transfers (emergency or non-emergency) will need a medical necessity (physician certification statement) filled out and processed. You can get that form below.
